USA Affordables offers home ownership services to the following:
First Time Home Owner(s).
Home owners that have not owned a home in the last 3 years.
First time home owner(s) whose income is 80% lower than or equal
to the Hartford Area Median Income based on family size.
First time home owner(s) who completed eight (8) hours of
Homeownership Training with USA staff.
Any individual or families who completed the USA application process are eligible. |
